Mane Archive digital editions are delivered electronically. Due to the nature of digital products, all digital edition sales are final and non-refundable once access or delivery has been provided, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

PERSONAL USE LICENSE

Your purchase of a Mane Archive digital edition grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal, non-commercial use.

Your purchase does not transfer ownership of Mane Archive's copyrights, trademarks, editorial content, photography, artwork, designs, layouts, branding, or other intellectual property to you.

The digital edition is intended for the personal use of the original purchaser.

SHARING + REDISTRIBUTION

Digital editions of Mane Archive may not be reproduced, copied, distributed, transferred, publicly displayed, uploaded, published, or shared with others without prior written permission from Mane Archive, except where otherwise permitted by applicable law.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Uploading or distributing the digital edition through websites, social media, forums, cloud-storage links, file-sharing services, or other digital platforms for access by others.

  • Emailing, messaging, transferring, or otherwise providing copies of the complete digital edition to other individuals.

  • Reselling, sublicensing, renting, or commercially distributing the digital edition.

  • Reproducing or extracting substantial portions of editorial content, photography, artwork, graphics, or layouts for redistribution, publication, or commercial use.

  • Removing, obscuring, or altering copyright notices, credits, watermarks, branding, or other ownership information contained within the edition.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Unless otherwise indicated, Mane Archive's original editorial content, photography, artwork, graphics, layouts, branding, and other original materials appearing within the digital edition are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

Some photographs, artwork, trademarks, or other materials appearing within Mane Archive may be owned by or used with permission from contributors or third parties. Those materials remain subject to the rights of their respective owners.

Purchasing a digital edition does not grant permission to reproduce, publish, license, sell, commercially exploit, or create unauthorized derivative works from protected content contained within the publication.
